    Our products are currently available for purchase only through our authorised partners. To find physical stores near you or online shops, please click on the link to our store locator here.

    If you can’t find a stockist in your country, some of our online partners might offer international delivery to your location. Please contact them directly.

  2. I can’t find the product I want to buy available anywhere, can you help me?

    It is not possible for us to know if a product is available at our retailers as stock levels vary constantly. We advise you to check product availability or restocking information by contacting various authorised partners. 

    Please note that we offer a wide range of products, colours and sizes. Each retailer is free to make their own product selection, which can vary from one shop to another and according to the time of the year. 

    Moreover, each one of our creations is handmade by our own artisans. Unlike factory-based manufacturing, our production is limited. Some items might therefore be temporarily out of stock. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  4. I recently bought a Numero 74 product and have noticed an issue when I received it, what do I do?

    Despite all the care we take in the handmade processes of our products, some issues which are beyond our control can happen. We are truly sorry about that. 

    If you have noticed an issue with your Numero 74 product, please contact the Numero 74 authorized retailer where you made the purchase as soon as possible (we do not process any after-sale enquiry).

    For your request to be better understood and processed in a timely manner, we advise you to send them a copy of the original receipt or order number and photos of the product clearly showing the issue. 

  5. Where are Numero 74 products made?

    Our creations are handmade by our own artisans in Northern Thailand. Organised in self-managed cooperatives, they work from home or collective workshops. We also have a main workshop based in Chiang Mai.

  6. What is Numero 74’s handmade process?

    We are passionate about creativity and handmade processes, which is why our products are made exclusively by our own artisans. Fabric cutting, sewing finishing touches, embroidery, crochet… are all made by hand. This production style, so unique to Numero 74, allows us to value the talents and know-how of the people who give the time, the attention and a lot of love to each creation.

    Because our products are handled individually, small irregularities or slight colour variations can happen and should be considered as evidence of their handcrafted nature. 

  7. Are your products made of organic cotton? Are they GOTS certified?

    Our transition to organic cotton took place in 2017. Since then, all our cotton fabrics are organically grown and GOTS certified (Global Organic Textile Standard), the worldwide standards for organic fibres. These standards guarantee that every step of the production and transformation processes is socially responsible and respectful of human beings and the environment. 

    The dyes used on our fabrics are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified, ensuring that fabrics are free from hazardous substances. 

  8. Do you offer promotions or sales on your products?

    Numero 74’s style is timeless. Each one of our creations is unique and handmade with love and attention by our own artisans. We do not offer seasonal collections and therefore our products don’t follow the seasonal sale schedule. 

    Because of our passion for creativity, we bring out new products every year and therefore have to discontinue others. Some of our retailers may occasionally offer these discontinued products at a discounted price versus the recommended retail price. 

  9. Can you help me choose a colour? Do you send fabric swatches?

    Because of our handmade artisanal processes, please be aware that there might be some slight variations of shade between products of the same colour, due to different dye baths and fabric textures.

    This must be considered as a particularity of our handcrafted processes as opposed to factory manufacturing. It is one of the features that makes our products so unique.

    Please be aware that a colour appearing on your digital device can differ slightly from its real appearance. 

  10. I’m not sure which size to get, how does Numero 74’s fashion items fit?

    Numero 74 fashion creations are designed for freedom of expression and movement. Comfortable and easy to wear, the fit is supple and airy. We therefore advise you to choose your actual size and not go for an extra size for children.

  11. How do I take care of my Numero 74 products?

    You will find complete care instructions for all our products on the label attached to each Numero 74 creation. To help keep your product nice and beautiful, handle it with care, follow the washing instructions and avoid long exposure to sunlight.

  12. What is the fragrance I can smell on Numero 74 products and where can I find it?

    Before packing, all our textile creations are washed with a fabric softener that gives them a subtle scent, which goes away after the first wash.

  13. Why do some of your fabrics look crumpled?

    This slightly crumpled texture is due to the weaving technique we use on our fabrics. It is actually very specific to our cotton gauze and that’s what makes it unique. The fabric will come back to its natural look and shape after every wash.

    Numero 74 was founded by Tara aka Poupy, a French woman with a nomadic spirit, who fell in love with Ibiza, an island off the east coast of Spain and Chiang Mai in Northern Thailand.

    Our company is registered at the following address:

    Our main workshop is located in Chiang Mai and our artisans work from home or collective workshops in Northern Thailand villages.
