Because every Numero 74 piece is handmade by artisans, our production is intentionally limited. Some items may be
temporarily out of stock.

Tip : restocking can be quick — if you receive an alert and the item is already sold out again, simply register once more.
All our pieces are handmade by skilled artisans in Thailand, India, Vietnam & Portugal — in self-managed cooperatives, from home or in small collective workshops — with care and craft at the heart of
everything they do.
Every stage of production — fabric cutting, sewing, finishing, embroidery, and crochet — is done entirely by hand. This is
what makes each creation unique.
Because of our artisanal process, you may notice subtle variations in shade or slight irregularities between products of the
same colour. These are not defects; they are the signature of handmade craftsmanship and one of the things that make Numero 74 pieces truly one of a kind.
Please also be aware that colours may appear slightly different on screen compared to the physical product.
Yes — we use GOTS-certified organic cotton for all our fabric-based products (Global Organic Textile Standard). This
certification guarantees that every step of the production and transformation process meets strict social and environmental standards.
Our dyes are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified, meaning they are free from harmful substances.
Our fashion pieces are designed for comfort, ease, and freedom of movement — the fit is relaxed and airy. We recommend
choosing your actual size rather than sizing up.

Full care instructions are printed on the label attached to every creation. To keep your piece looking its best, handle it
gently, follow the washing instructions carefully, and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
Before packing, all our textile creations are washed with a delicate fabric softener that gives them a subtle, pleasant
fragrance. This scent naturally fades after the first wash.
This softener is exclusive to our production and is not currently available for purchase.
For sizing: please check our Size Guide. Our fashion pieces have a relaxed, loose fit — we recommend sticking to your usual
size.

We ship to most countries worldwide, including all major European destinations.

A signature is required upon delivery. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Mondial Relay pick-up points:
parcels are available for collection for 5 working days. A valid ID is required. Delivery takes place Tuesday–Saturday, 08:00–21:00 (no Mondays).
Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination, delivery method, and parcel size/weight. To see the exact cost, simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Order preparation time: 1–3 working days. You'll receive a shipping notification by email once your order is on its way.

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse in Angers, France, we'll send you a tracking link by email. Tracking is usually active within 24 hours of dispatch.
You can also track your order directly from your Numero 74 account.
Please only contact us if your parcel hasn't arrived within 15 working days of dispatch.
Delivery can happen any time between 09:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday. Please check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email for the latest status.

If your parcel still hasn't arrived after 15 working days from dispatch, please contact our Customer Service team and we'll investigate promptly.
Your carrier will contact you to arrange a redelivery at a convenient time.
For Mondial Relay, your parcel will be held at the pick-up point for 5 working days.

Depending on how far your order has progressed, we may be able to update the address before the first delivery attempt — but we can't guarantee it.
The sooner you reach out, the better!
We can only ship each order to a single address.
If you'd like to send items to different addresses, please place a separate order for each destination.
Unfortunately, we're unable to deliver to PO Box or freight forwarding addresses.
Please provide a standard residential or business address at checkout.
We understand this can be surprising!
Shipping costs to some destinations are based on the volumetric weight of the parcel (its size in space) rather than its actual weight — and our handmade products, while often lightweight, can be quite bulky.
We cover all processing costs on our end, but as a small, artisan-focused brand producing in limited quantities, we're unable to absorb the full shipping cost for all destinations.

We begin processing your order as soon as it is confirmed. If your parcel has already left our warehouse, we are no longer able
to make changes or cancel it.
If you'd like to check whether it's still possible to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
We'll do everything we can to help.
If the order has already shipped, you're welcome to return it for a refund once you receive it.

We'll do our very best to correct it, though we can't guarantee changes can be made once the order is being processed.
Large orders are sometimes shipped in separate parcels.

Some larger items (such as certain decor pieces) cannot be shipped to certain destinations outside Europe due to parcel volume restrictions imposed by our shipping partners.
If you're unable to add an item, please contact us and we'll do our best to find a solution for you.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of
delivery to return any item. Products must be returned unused, unworn, unstained, and correctly folded in their original packaging with all labels attached.
Returns that don't meet these conditions will not be refunded.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer direct exchanges online.
If you'd like a different size or colour, simply return the original item and place a new order. We'll process your return as a refund to your original payment method.
Note: items purchased in one of our ateliers can only be exchanged in the same atelier (see section Ateliers & Workshops
below).
No — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
In that case, we'll provide a prepaid return label (EU orders).
Please allow up to 14 working days from the date we receive your return for the refund to be processed. You'll receive an automatic confirmation email once it has been done.
Once processed, please allow a further 1–3 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment method.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without needing to give a reason. You'll receive a full refund for the products.
To exercise this right, simply return the goods to us within the 14-day cancellation period along with your returns form.
Yes — as long as all items are within the return window and all return forms are included in the parcel.
Refunds are processed within 14 working days of us receiving your return. If this period has passed and you haven't heard from us, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number.

No — online purchases cannot be exchanged or returned in our ateliers.

Items purchased in one of our ateliers can only be exchanged in the same atelier where they were originally purchased.
They cannot be exchanged in a different atelier, nor returned online.
Atelier stock is separate from our online inventory and varies regularly.
